Mr. Hasinur Rahman did his BA(Hons) and M.A. in political science from the University of Dhaka and Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Administration from the University of ASTON, Burmingham U.K. He jointed the Cestwhele Civil Service of Pakistan (CSP) in the year 1965. He was the Secretary, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Government of Bangladesh. He was also Secretary, to the Government of Bangladesh in the Ministry of Defence, Establishment and Housing & Public Works. Mr. Rahman had a very successful and brilliant service career. He has the experience on leading and managing consultancy team for development projects with multidisciplinary personnel, both international and national of high caliber. Mr. Rahman also rendered consultancy services to U. N. organizations like UNFPA and UNDP. |

Mr. Haque B.Sc. Engineer has done his academics from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology. Later he had done his diploma in Management form University of Alberta, Canada. Mr. Haque was the Chairman of Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation (BPC) for 7 ½ years. He has 10 years of job experience in International & Domestic marketing of Petroleum products and Crude Oil, management of public sector corporation, implementation of development projects in the downstream oil & gas sectors, control & supervision of activities of refinery and oil marketing companies. 19 years experience in oil and gas sector in Petrobangla of which 6½ years as Managing Director of Titas Gas T&D Co. Ltd. |

Mr. M. A. Maroof Khan

Mr. Maroof Khan obtained his M.Sc. degree in Geology in 1962 from the University of Dhaka and Diploma in Applied Geology from ITC, Enschede, the Netherlands in 1976. Joined the Geological Survey of Pakistan as an Assistant Geologist in 1962 and as a Senior Geologist in Petrobangla in 1977 and became the Director (Exploration) in 1980 and Director (Operations) in 1989. He was the founder Director of Bangladesh Petroleum Institute and the founder Managing Director of Bangladesh Petroleum Exploration & Production Company Ltd. Carried out extensive geological field work in Pakistan, Iran, Spain and Bangladesh, specializing in the applications of hydrocarbon exploration and prospect generation. To his credits goes the discovery of six gas fields and the first oil discovery in Bangladesh in 1986. He was responsible for formulation of exploration strategy, policy and programme and participated in preparation of technical brochures and acreage map of 1988 for inviting IOCs in Petroleum exploration. |

Mr. Fazlul karim did his Bachelor of Science from the University of Rajshahi. He has extensive training at home and abroad on drilling technology and drilling operations. He conducted drilling operation s in different terrains of Bangladesh. He has to his credit 30 years experience of drilling operation as Deputy General Manager Drilling Engineer Drilling, Driller Asst. Driller and Trainee in Petrobangla and BAPEX. He was also General Manager Material Control of BAPEX. |

He had more than 33 years of experience in Human Resources Management, Procurement, Sales, Shipping, Contract Negotiations as well as Legal Matters in government & private sectors.
